Self-defence
Learn to stay calm, escape holds and get back to your feet safely. Practical self-defence through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo for adults, women and kids.
Why it works
Most real confrontations end up close: a grab, a push or a fall. BJJ and Judo are built for exactly that, using leverage and timing instead of size and strength. You practise every technique with a resisting partner at a safe pace, so you learn what works and how to stay calm.
